Multilingual literacy in Mondolkiri (Cambodia): The work with an indeginous language

Dr Nancy Hornberger from the University of Pennsylvania is a strong advocate of multilingual literacy. She has been working with various groups around the world to promote multilingual literacy as an effort to revitalize indigenous languages that are being swallowed by mainstream languages.

This is a case in Cambodia which an average educator is not aware of. Indigenous languages are going on a journey of extinction and we need a team like this in the video to help revitalize them. As a language educator, I don’t want any indigenous language in Cambodia to disappear.
